Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic, to join our Biddable Media team. The Manager role is expected to demonstrate an advanced understanding of programmatic channels, campaign types, and measurement frameworks. These skills will be applied to drive health and wellness client goals, and lead day-to-day paid social planning, campaign development, optimization, and reporting activities.

The Manager, Programmatic, role is critical to both daily client operations and internal team success. This role helps steer regular campaign management for assigned clients while helping junior team members build the skills necessary to be self-sufficient tactically and in-platform.
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires an advanced understanding of push and pull marketing tactics, and robust in-platform experience spanning programmatic platforms and campaign types. These skills will be crucial in supporting the following operations:

At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on paid ad campaigns across the following platforms:
