Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the KINESSO team as an Associate, Social Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with team members to develop collaborative, creative, and informed, social strategies for clients, provide a fresh, new perspective on the ever-changing social landscape, and engage directly with clients’ communities in social. This entry-level opportunity will kickstart your career in social and provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s brand tone in order to embody the voice of the brand and build out client’s social media response bank
  • Respond to consumer’s needs on various social media platforms via community management
  • Assist in social media content publishing via a content management and approvals system
  • Provide guidance on social posting cadence by platform according to industry best practices and the client’s needs
  • Compile qualitative reports in partnership with the internal account management team focusing on audience observations and relevant social platform updates to drive insights for clients and agency partners
  • Provide your own expertise and perspective on social media best practices and produce POVs for internal teams as well as clients
  • Build strong relationships with the paid social and account management teams to complete client work efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the social strategy team and associated IPG agencies on ad hoc projects (outside of client work) to help drive new business opportunities for Kinesso

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in social media - community management and strategy
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for interactive media and digital marketing with strong working knowledge of social media
  • Experience in community management, planning editorial calendars, publishing social content and/or reporting preferred, but not required
  • Team player who is able to balance multiple workstreams and collaborate across multiple departments
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms
  • Experience with CMS platforms (i.e., Sprinklr, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Khoros, etc.) preferred, but not required
  • Experience working within the health industry or government agencies is a bonus, but not required
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
