Launched in 2017, our IPG Mediabrands industry-leading paid trainee program, The Residency is a full-time permanent position where recent graduates with diverse backgrounds gain practical experience. Rooted in experiential learning and underpinned with custom curriculum, the program is designed to support on-going learning and development.
Residents will gain applicable media industry knowledge while building professional skills and general business acumen to launch a successful career in media.
Residents will have the opportunity to work with our global and leading agencies such as UM, Initiative, Media Experts, KINESSO, Orion, Magna and IPG Mediabrands.
Don’t worry, we WON’T ask you to run for coffee.
You will be directly involved in projects and given actual tasks. In other words, you’re integrated right into the team!
+ Pitch Perfect Competition: Benefit from presentation experience! During the program, trainees work on a 3-month long project that culminates in a simulated pitch to a real client!
