Position Summary

As Senior Analytics Strategist – AI-Driven Media Solutions, you'll be the strategic bridge between media planning teams and analytics experts, shaping measurement frameworks and leveraging generative AI to elevate how we deliver insights. This hands-on, client-facing role blends technical acumen, consultative prowess, and AI innovation in service of our growth and measurement practices.

Strategic Analytics & Planning

  • Partner with media planning teams to audit measurement models and coordinate with analytics to fill gaps.
  • Shape measurement frameworks—MMM, attribution, audience insights—that inform campaign strategy and optimization.

AI-Enabled Workflows

  • Harness generative AI and agent-based automation to streamline deliverables like client presentations, dynamic dashboards, and narrative storytelling.
  • Envision and drive AI-enabled processes that speed up ideation, reporting, and strategic output.

Client Advisory & Business Growth

  • Support pitch efforts and new business proposals by contributing analytics-driven strategy and demonstrating ROI opportunities.
  • Embed analytics as a value driver across client accounts, championing data-led decision-making.

  • Mentor junior analytics team members in both technical and narrative execution.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years in analytics, planning, or media strategy roles—ideally with exposure to finance or CPG sectors.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable reading and interpreting SQL queries, Python code, dashboards, and marketing data models—coding is supportive, not mandatory.
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated usage of generative AI or automated agents—maybe you’ve used AI to automate report generation, create presentation outlines, or assist with analytics storytelling.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional at simplifying complex concepts into narratives that influence non-technical audiences.
  • Client & BD Savvy: Skilled at stakeholder management, presentation design, and helping advance new business or account growth.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Can thrive in multidisciplinary settings and lead cross-functional initiatives confidently.
