Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves understanding consumer decision-making to guide marketing decisions across a variety of product categories. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, research methodologies, and proficiency in analytical tools such as DisplayR, SPSS, Tableau, or similar software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports based on data findings, using software like DisplayR, SPSS, or Tableau.
  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Statistical Analysis: Use statistical methods to interpret and analyze research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Survey Analysis: Support market research and survey analysis projects, including questionnaire design, data processing, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and senior management, to interpret data findings and guide strategic decisions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data collected and analyzed across various research projects.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of research methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and insights.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in research analysis, with proven proficiency in DisplayR, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization: Demonstrated ability to create impactful visual representations of data to communicate findings clearly.
  • Research Methodologies: Familiarity with a variety of research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems with a structured, methodical approach and recommend effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Educational Background: Post-graduate research education is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Advanced Analytical Tools: Familiarity with additional analytical software like SPSS, DisplayR, Q, R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
