Position Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the successful execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for Nestlé Nutrition across LATAM markets. Will be a key link between the Global Capability Center (GCC) and local teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and maximizing client value. 

Key Responsibilities

GCC Coordination: 

  • Act as the liaison between the GCC India & Philippines and central design & business leadership teams for Nestlé Nutrition. 
  • Ensure adherence to Nestlé planning principles, including ATS, BPIs, GRs, NC, and Taxonomies. 

Data Science & Analytics: 

  • Leverage learnings and benchmarks to optimize campaign performance. 
  • Maximize 1PD usage and case studies, reducing cookie dependency. 
  • Provide data and technology consultancy support to local teams. 

Marketing Operations: 

  • Provide guidance on campaign optimization and Nestlé planning principles (BPIs and GRs). 
  • Share optimization requests with the GCC Campaign Architects. 
  • Share best practices for campaign implementation and execution. 
  • Participate in weekly and monthly calls, prioritizing based on the definition of priority brands for Nutrition (Tier structure). 

Reporting: 

  • Ensure flawless and accurate Interact reports based on correct data connections. 
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts, profiles, and advertisers used within campaign execution to ensure data quality. 
  • Ensure all available accounts are correctly connected to the dashboard solution for Nestlé. 
  • Conduct ad hoc data pulls for specific requests. 

Client Management: 

  • Manage client Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and credits allocation. 
  • Deliver value to clients for biddable platforms. 
  • Manage relationships with key biddable partners (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok). 

Campaign Optimization: 

  • Develop and deliver campaign optimization reports aligned with the tier structure and priority brands for Nestlé Nutrition. 
  • Collaborate with the team to add insights and recommendations to weekly and post-buy reports. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign activation and optimization. 
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles and methodologies. 
  • Experience with biddable platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). 
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required. 
  • Experience in digital campaign optimization for Social, Search and Programmatic platforms.  
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and audience exclusions. 
  • Experience in inventory optimization to prevent digital waste in advertising campaings. 
  • Experience using ad verification and ad trafficking platforms such as AdServer Campaign Manager and Integral Ad Science.
