Position Summary

The Bilingual Community Manager role independently handles advanced social media tasks to enhance engagement and reach. This position is key in analyzing data, creating strategic content, managing budgets, and contributing to social media campaigns to drive greater client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and schedule high-quality social media posts. 
  • Conduct engagement and interaction with followers and community members. 
  • Perform detailed trend and hashtag analysis for optimization. 
  • Implement and manage advanced social media campaigns. 
  • Generate and analyze detailed performance reports. 
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure consistent visuals. 
  • Update and refine social media content calendars. 
  • Support advanced A/B testing efforts for content optimization. 
  • Engage with social listening tools to pull sentiment and insights 
  • Address and resolve emerging social media issues.
