En tant qu'Analyste senior, Média Programmatique, vous serez chargé de hisser nos programmes média programmatiques pour certains des principaux clients du Canada vers de nouveaux sommets. Vos responsabilités s'étendront au-delà de la configuration des campagnes pour se concentrer davantage sur la formulation de stratégies avancées pour nos recommandations, le maintien et l'amélioration des relations avec les fournisseurs et la fourniture d'un service client supérieur. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes internes, y compris des Experts Média, et des collègues pour assurer une mise en œuvre cohérente de la stratégie et une excellence opérationnelle. Vous fournirez du coaching et de la formation aux collègues juniors, en soutenant le superviseur de l'équipe.

Responsabilités clés

Gestion et Stratégie de Campagne Avancées :

Diriger l'exécution et la supervision stratégique des campagnes média numériques à travers divers DSP avec un accent sur les tactiques avancées et l'optimisation. Mener des discussions stratégiques et fournir des recommandations de haut niveau qui favorisent le succès des campagnes. Mitiger les problèmes de campagne avec une résolution rapide, en exploitant votre profonde compréhension du paysage numérique. Organiser la documentation de campagne et assurer l'adhésion aux améliorations de processus visant à améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficacité.

Amélioration de la Performance et Service Client :

Élever les efforts de surveillance et d'optimisation des campagnes, en utilisant la modélisation des données et une analyse avancée pour dépasser les benchmarks de performance. Compétences et Expériences Souhaitées

  • Doit avoir une connaissance avancée des plateformes incluant Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads ; la familiarité avec Reddit est un plus.
  • Idéalement avoir 3-5 ans d'expérience en agence ou équivalent
  • Connaissance approfondie des DSP, DMP et autres outils programmatiques.
  • Une solide base en Marketing ou Publicité, avec un accent significatif sur le média numérique.
  • Expérience de niveau senior dans les plateformes côté demande et un historique de succès dans la gestion de campagnes numériques.
  • Compétences avancées en analyse et logiciels de présentation (Excel et PowerPoint, etc.) Capacité démontrée à établir des relations, tant en interne qu'en externe, avec un engagement pour un service client exceptionnel. Capacité à jouer le rôle de mentor et à aider les membres plus juniors avec le coaching, spécifiquement autour des plateformes et DSP.

 

About The Role

As a Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic Media, you'll be tasked with elevating our programmatic media programs for some of Canada’s top clients to new heights. Your responsibilities will expand beyond campaign set-up to focus more on advanced strategy formulation for our recommendations, maintaining and enhancing relationships with vendors, and delivering superior client service. You'll work closely with internal teams, including Media Experts, and colleagues to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational excellence. You'll provide coaching and training to junior colleagues, supporting the Supervisor on the team.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Campaign Management and Strategy:

  • Lead in the execution and strategic oversight of digital media campaigns across various DSPs with an emphasis on advanced tactics and optimization.
  • Spearhead strategic discussions and provide high-level recommendations that drive campaign success.
  • Mitigate campaign issues with swift resolution, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Organize campaign documentation and ensure adherence to process enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Enhancement and Client Servicing:

  • Elevate campaign monitoring and optimization efforts, using data modeling and advanced analysis to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through comprehensive and insightful reporting.
  • Foster innovation within the team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution discussions with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Share expertise and insights internally and with clients, reinforcing our position as industry leaders in programmatic media.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Must have advanced knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, DV360
  • Ideally have 3-5 years of agency or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and other critical programmatic tools, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic use.
  • A strong foundation in Marketing or Advertising, with a significant emphasis on digital media.
  • Senior-level experience in demand-side platforms and a history of success in digital campaign management.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships, both internally and externally, with a commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Capability to play the role of the mentor and assist more junior members with coaching, specifically around platforms and DSPs.
