Department Overview

Reporting to Manager or Associate Director, you will be expected to be an adaptable, proactive and credible individual who takes the initiative.

Role Description 

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be enthusiastic to learn more about our core business areas and how they work within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and building strong and effective working relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners
  • Supporting senior client managers on day to day running of client’s media activity which may include paid search, paid social, programmatic, and direct media buying with specific publishers
  • Budget management and performance tracking to ensure clients reach the desired media spend and any media buy guarantees have been reached
  • Campaign set up across channels following a best practice approach to media
  • Create regular client reports that deliver insights and actions
  • Presenting to client’s on campaign performance
  • Understanding the client’s objectives and working with the partnerships team alongside other Initiative Health teams to deliver best in class solutions
  • Working with the CAM team to ensure client deliverables are achievable and sent on time for the account you are working on
  • Take ownership of your tasks with keen eye on attention to detail
  • Showing curiosity and pursuing new and better ways of doing things
  • Working with your line manager to identify new client opportunities
  • Constantly working to expand your own media knowledge and understanding how this can be of benefit to Initiative Health

  • Passion, creativity and problem solving skills 
  • An engaging communicator with the ability to present to clients when required
  • High standards for quality output and an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proactivity and a willingness to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of latest digital marketing opportunities and technology advancements
  • Ability to use the Microsoft tool suite effectively to create reports, presentations and interrogate data
  • The ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally
