The Opportunity

As a Senior Performance Executive, you’ll take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and align with client objectives. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of paid social and search campaigns, supported by activation specialists, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in campaign planning, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented. You’ll continuously optimize performance, analyse key performance metrics, and deliver insightful reporting. Additionally, you’ll engage directly with advertisers, leveraging data-backed insights and craft expertise to drive performance levers and recommendations to client.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and oversees day-to-day ops of paid performance media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimize paid search and social campaigns to improve performance, achieve KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are integrated seamlessly into broader marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and data analysis.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in paid media advertising to drive innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with the Performance Associate Director/ Senior Manager to implement strategies and meet campaign goals.
  • Ensure campaign brillancy to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or improvement to enhance ROI and client satisfaction

Ideally

  • 2-4 years of experience in paid social media planning, execution, and optimization, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Candidates with proven people leadership capabilities and sufficient experience may be considered for an Associate Manager role.
  • Proficiency in paid social and search platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presenting campaign performance updates.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and media planning.
