About the role

We’re looking for a talented AV Creative to join MBCS, with a focus on video editing and motion design. This is an entry level role and requires a strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows, along with a genuine passion for crafting standout creative that connects with audiences across multiple platforms. You will be working with some of Australia’s biggest brands, crafting content that truly connects with audiences across TV, social, digital, influencer campaigns, and more.

What you will be doing

  • Edit and adapt a high volume of content across TV, social, and digital, ensuring work is brand-aligned, high-quality, and on-brief
  • Create dynamic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and related tools
  • Manage the backup, versioning, and archival of all edit projects, ensuring efficient workflows and data management
  • Localise and version content for different regions and platforms
  • Cut down and reformat edits for social media, TVCs, and internal communications
  • Stay across the latest editing styles, platform trends, and innovations in post-production
  • Actively participate in creative brainstorms, bringing fresh ideas and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal editors, designers, and producers to deliver best-in-class work
  • Solve problems quickly and creatively to meet tight deadlines

About you

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion design work across multiple platforms
  • Excellent understanding of media formats, video codecs, data management, and project organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing both self-management and team support
  • Working knowledge of camera operation, photography, audio/lighting setups, or colour grading are a bonus, but not essential
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for your craft
