Job Scope Summary

  • Driver of the 360 integrated experience of client’s business, working to grow the agency's scope of influence (including digital crafts) with the client and growing share of services.
  • Work alongside VP and ensure all client’s businesses meet and reach set financial goals and agency/client KPIs
  • Responsible for the growth of clients
  • Mentor key talents and develop team’s competencies and skills
  • Provide essential and critical oversight in ensuring excellence is achieved across accounts
  • Staying up to date with current industry trends and innovative media solutions.

 

Strategy and Development

 

  • Overseeing the team in receiving and understanding the client brief
  • Main PIC for all matters relating to the client
  • Oversee clear briefing to other collaborating teams
  • Understand and build the holistic solution (media, digital including but not limited to, data/analytics and e-commerce, creative, performance and social) for the relevant clients in line with the client/agency's direction
  • Drive strategy and innovative solutions, from pitch to execution and ensuring highest quality standards are met
  • Consistently set, evaluate, update and deliver client KPIs
  • Play a key role in presenting strategy/innovation and concepts to clients, along with follow up, closing, and management of constructive feedback

 

People

 

  • Overseeing team and making sure all timelines and budgets are met
  • Developing the strategic and general skills of the group
  • Ensure internal systems (tools, frameworks) and guidelines are adhered to with clear and concise communication internally and externally
  • Key driver of resource planning and development within the responsible area
  • Attract and retain staff by coaching and motivating team members to instill confidence, excellence, empowerment and progression, and teamwork

 

Client Relationships

 

  • As the lead PIC on the account, ensuring client management levels are at their highest quality and minimise negative feedback/dissatisfaction/complaints.
  • Main point of contact to be maintained and nurtured progressively
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the client's industry
  • Leads new business function (e.g pitches and spotting new business opportunities).

 

 

Financials:

  • Maximise all business opportunities within existing clients
  • Ensuring that teams follow all company procedures in negotiations
  • Aware of account profitability and flagging of matters that involve financial risks, followed by planning of how to manage these situations
  • Financial reporting.

 

Awards:

  • Champion innovation for client’s business by developing, executing, documenting and crafting award worthy campaigns for both local and regional campaigns
  • To motivate team members to produce award winning solutions for all clients
  • Participate in local and international awards which are relevant

 

Any additional ad-hoc task assigned by your supervisor.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12 years and above of experience in a relevant role
  • A strong knowledge of best practices in project management
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • The ability to see big picture while managing minute details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
