Position Summary

The Assistant Analyst, Client Operations is a detail-oriented and proactive role designed for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a desire to learn, develop, and excel in Orion’s Client Operations. This position involves close collaboration with Client Strategy, Finance, Investment, Activation, and broader Operations teams to manage Client Savings data and oversee end-of-month reporting processes that support the operational and financial health of Orion’s clients within the Capital Program. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in working with data, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. We seek a self-motivated, curious individual capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Orion to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
  • Oversee the consolidation of end-of-month reporting, serving as a quality assurance specialist to ensure accurate and comprehensive data for Orion Client Savings.
  • Prepare detailed Client Savings Statements, tracking spending and savings within Orion’s Capital Program.
  • Address inquiries related to reconciliation, savings, and data discrepancies, providing clear and timely resolutions.
  • Manage and support the Digital Repapering process for digital insertion orders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for increased efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in media operations, databases, reporting or related analytical fields.
  • Familiarity with Prisma, Tableau, Salesforce, Asana & Monday.com tools
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives on accomplishing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt to evolving work processes and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to ensure deadlines are met accordingly
  • A comfort level with ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity
  • Quest for attaining and sharing knowledge

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
