Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Services Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support key client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing reporting, project coordination, client communications, and financial queries, helping to deliver outstanding service across multiple brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing, client services, or account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communications and support.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between SEO and PPC teams, acting as a central liaison.
  • Support ongoing finance and billing queries, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Manage client disputes, acting as an arbitrator and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Oversee coordination and communication between internal teams in London and Leeds.
  • Assist with data analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Support client-facing calls and relationship management
  • Help facilitate communication between clients and activation teams to drive performance.
  • Provide general administrative and project coordination support as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to clients
  • Great communication skills
  • Great organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and eCommerce (experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights using Excel, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or customer service is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams across different locations.
  • Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
