Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality hires across various agencies and levels of seniority. This role requires someone with a proactive, commercially minded, and relationship-driven approach, capable of advising hiring managers and refining processes to attract and retain top talent.

You will recruit across a range of media disciplines and work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners. We are looking for an experienced recruiter from either an in-house, agency or media background, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We ensure that our team is empowered, well-supported, and encouraged to drive impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

While the role will vary day to day, key areas of responsibility include:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to anticipate business needs and provide proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Leverage headhunting techniques, market mapping, and referrals to build sustainable talent pipelines and reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate journey, from first contact through to onboarding, while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in recruitment—either in-house or agency-side.
  • Confident in managing full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting, advertising, selection, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to stakeholder management.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with an ability to reduce hiring costs and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Experience interviewing candidates across various seniority levels, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Passionate about DEI in hiring, ensuring inclusive recruitment strategies are at the forefront.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with experience leveraging ATS and Excel for reporting.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
