Role Summary
Kinesso is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building beautiful websites and applications across our portfolio of companies. You should be comfortable with the entire web stack, from implementing visual designs to working with backend databases. We are looking for a senior developer that can round out our technology team, is self-motivated, and can deliver business value in an environment that fosters creativity, play, and hard work.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Software Development team in bringing visual ideas and concepts to life.
- Work directly with business owners to define & prioritize requirements and help in architecting solutions to their most critical needs incrementally.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on development efforts, and take a project from concept to design, development, release, and maintenance.
- Maintain a living repository of style guides and component libraries to ensure consistency across solutions
- Contribute and share development best practices, tools, and techniques
- Support and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of frontend development
- Solid JavaScript front-end chops, and comprehensive React (v. 17+) production development experience
- Experience with Angular (v. 15+) is a plus
- HTML wizardry, CSS expertise
- Experience with AgGrid library is a plus
- Knowledgeable on building complex frontend application design
- Experience interacting with third-party interfaces. Familiarity with writing your APIs.
- Solid development, troubleshooting, bug tracking, and quality assurance methodologies
- Production experience with unit testing and source code control
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker) tools
- Able to stay ahead of the curve with new and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Familiar with Agile methodology and SCRUM process

The salary range for this position is posted below.
