About You

We are looking for an ABM / COSY specialist who has a track record of creating, delivering, and implementing impactful ABM / COSY programs to profile, drive awareness, build solid relationships and create qualified pipelines for clients. Seeking an innovative and strategic problem solver with a passion and enthusiasm for the marketing field and with knowledge of how to approach ABM / COSY from 1:1 and 1:few to scale 1:many programs. Ideally you understand how ABM / COSY fits into a wider marketing ecosystem and have the requisite experience to help bring highly targeted, consistent and integrated programs alive across all levels of the business.

As a team, Demand Generation covers a wide range of craft skills including but not limited to Content Syndication, Lead generation, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social and Technical Implementations.

The Role:

  • Help plan, execute, optimise and manage ABM / COSY campaigns by using data and insights to craft strategy and align stakeholders
  • Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building
  • Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights
  • Collaborate with your colleagues across Technical, CRM and Design craft streams to ensure cohesion
  • Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Demand Generation ABM / COSY Manager to share knowledge and support client growth
  • Working closely with and support junior team members to share knowledge and allow delegation of certain tasks

Key Skills and Characteristics:

  • Proven experience of digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Channel experience within
    • Paid Social: LinkedIn, Facebook
    • Email Marketing & Content syndication
  • Proven experience managing ABM / COSY programs using marketing automation/CRM and attribution platforms like Marketo and Salesforce, among others
  • Demonstrated track record in creating & managing high impact, results-driven, multi-channel ABM / COSY campaigns by using data and insights to craft strategy and align stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members
  • Experience building and launching sales tools like ROI calculators, sales playbooks, messaging docs, customer case studies, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, effective time and project management skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve, a people-first attitude, and a positive can-do mindset
  • Understanding of industry leading ABM / COSY processes and capabilities
  • Driven by brilliant execution and proven track record of implementing best in class marketing.
  • Metric first focussed approach to campaign development

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders from all levels across the business
  • Curious, ambitious, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Technical Skills
  • Tech and data savvy: knowledge of CRM tools and digital channels
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (ideally Eloqua, Hive9, Tableau and Salesforce) to execute, measure and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset demonstrating successful marketing results and experience of measuring marketing attribution
  • Industry knowledge
