ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will manage and lead the clients Global ad operations and campaign processes (centralised in the UK), activation and data governance. Accountable to client and agency for meeting AdOps SOW, reporting and updating global leads. Build and manage Global framework for account wide updates and training, collaborating with client and agency teams on process rollout and activation and billing accuracy. Map and develop client multi-channel digital ecosystem identifying areas to optimise and business growth across the AdOps tools and services. Support with strategic planning and resourcing of Ops teams across regions for new lines business and optimising existing. Must embrace juggling multiple markets, cultures and diverse teams of brilliant minds eager for respected account leadership. Must be process obsessed, technologically literate and commercially minded. Driven to transform, develop and optimise with informed decision making to test, learn, improve and work smart.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT SERVICE
- Lead insightful Client Hub meetings, maintaining a holistic view across both Dyson, Operations and agency.
- Co-create processes that govern centralized digital campaign operations across multiple markets for Ops hubs and local market agency teams. Many stakeholders and their regional and local needs.
- Collaborating directly with client, Kinesso and agency teams to define and rollout data governance programs and apply rigor behind their delivery with robust redundancy layers.
- Operate as key point-person for all client operations Global strategies and questions.
- Regularly lliaise with Global finance and regional leadership to forecast team workloads across all Global regions and prepare ways of working models to adjust to
- Showcase and share in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics. Remain at the cutting edge of ad tech developments.
- Promote innovation mind-set and the benefits of data-driven campaign operations
- Contribute to dynamic creative and data strategies working closely with Ops Strategic Lead and Technical Account Manager
- Escalate and collaborate on opportunities across Kinesso and UM internal leadership teams
- Promote confidence in the Global Hub and regional teams by ensuring all is work delivered to the highest standards and exceeding KPIs.
- Production of Client Ops QBR - Including team performance, load and tasks, scope, error rates, optimisations, key projects and developments addressing UM and client feedback and hitting client Ops and data gov KPIs
- Technical Vendor Management: assisting with projects such as, Pixel management, Event API, launch of CAPI, Consent Mode and DMA alignment.
- Worked with external reporting teams to deliver bespoke reporting for clients, delivering market specific, real time, comprehensive reports, and dashboards
- Onboarding markets
OPERATIONS
- Governance of complex taxonomy across all markets, campaigns and channels though Kinesso tools, Prisma booking and MIE TX Kinesso taxonomy gov platform.
- Client and Agency team Ops process analysis, documentation and enforcement across all channels - defining and managing the ecosystem
- Accountable for meeting aggressive AdOps SOW and tight SLAs
- Regular ad tech and verification partner reviews and testing though Kinesso and Matterkind
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of AdOps campaigns and reports
- Ad tech expert and strategic partner for client and agency data and vendor integrations, providing both project management and expertise across ad server, DCO, SDK, site tagging and more.
- Manage a team across Global trafficking/tech/tagging disciplines and all digital channels
- Reporting to Head of AdOps EMEA to develop best in class client operational solutions, projects and platforms
- Creation and upkeep of client ad operations playbook with aid of team and organise market training
- Liase directly with client, planners, creative agencies and/or publishers to ensure campaigns are correctly briefed, trafficked and troubleshoot issues as required
- Client Site tagging strategy and data layer consultation – Site Tag approval and Kinesso Site Tag Register/Matrix and manage deployment/Ops TAM
- Contribute to and train teams on client media tag deployment across their domains
- Contribute Dynamic creative and data strategies
- Troubleshoot operations related issues and support team members
- Work directly with ad servers (DCM, Flashtalking etc.) and 3rd party brand safety vendors
- Support discrepancy investigation with hub and regional teams if/when they arise
- Promote best practices to ensure AdOps is the digital centre of excellence.
- Work alongside our offshore AdOps Hub with trafficking and reporting campaigns and nurture Dyson digital support and growth.
- Leverage Kinesso products and services such as bGenius and MIE Taxonomies Platform. Beta testing and “media first” tools.
- Training, enforcement and governance of local/regional privacy rules and regs considerations (such as GDPR and TCF2.0) with Kinesso EMEA support
- Launch and manage multiple DCO processes working with multiple markets and vendors to align local strategies with global KPIs
- Manage our offshore office to ensure accurate and timely execution of digital campaigns within a 24hr SLA
- Manage process and reporting alignment across the Google Marketing Platforms
- Work with brandsafety vendors to make sure markets are aligning to brand safety standards
OPEN CULTURE
