Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Join our growing global Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer. You will work with talented, award-winning designers in Colombia, Poland, the Netherlands, and New York, NY. You will drive the user experience across our SaaS and PaaS products, from initial concepts to final execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into delightful and innovative products. Lead and mentor 1-3 designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Leverage design thinking principles to develop creative solutions.
• Transform user research and data insights into actionable design solutions with compelling data visualizations.
• Design user interfaces (UIs) that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing for a SaaS environment.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to guide user testing and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers for feasible designs meeting business goals.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain design consistency across all SaaS products.
• Lead and mentor 1-3 designers, providing guidance, coaching, and promoting professional development.
• Stay on top of design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Figma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product designer or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing successful products – new products and product growth and iteration.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Expertise in UI design, prototyping, user research methodologies, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly, and data-driven products for the SaaS market.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers (a plus).
