Role Overview:

As an Intermediate Analyst, you will build on your foundational experience in data analytics, working on complex datasets and contributing significantly to various projects. You will collaborate closely with different teams, including data science and engineering, to solve analytical challenges and provide insights that drive client success. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data and a desire to continue developing their analytical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Address spontaneous analytical requests, such as media budget optimisation or KPI forecasting, using your strong analytical mindset.
  • Marketing-Mix Modelling: Assist in the construction of marketing-mix models, providing key insights like return on investment (ROI) for various campaigns.
  • Data Visualisation: Develop and present data findings through PowerPoint presentations and Power BI dashboards to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Process Efficiency: Apply coding skills to streamline processes, enhancing efficiency throughout all stages of project execution.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field within another sector.
  • Education: Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another applied Social Science.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data manipulation using Python or similar coding languages; experience with Databricks is advantageous but not essential.
  • Statistical Techniques: Familiarity with deploying statistical methods, including regression analysis, A/B testing, and other test and learn techniques.
  • Data Visualisation: Ability to create compelling dashboards using Power BI or similar tools such as Tableau.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently as well as within project teams, demonstrating a proactive and self-starting attitude.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is eager to grow and learn, ready to embrace challenges within our agile and fast-moving agency environment.
