Position overview:

This role is a pivotal part of the P3 / Biddable team and is responsible for the activation and implementation of strategy across Search, Video, App and Social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Tactical and strategic knowledge of how social, app and video platforms work (including YouTube buying via Google Ads) as well as search experience would be advantageous.
  • Day-to day management, reporting and optimisation of client media across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too.
  • In depth Brand and DR performance knowledge is necessity. There will be robust targets / KPI’s and prior experience of working with data and analytic teams is a must.
  • Experience working in regulatory verticals i.e. Finance, Kids advertising is preferential.
  • Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients
  • Oversee, support and develop junior team members in line with core capabilities and client requests.
  • Diligent and precise when preparing client performance review presentations.
  • Organisation and communication is paramount as you will need to keep clients and account team updated on the status of all activities.
  • Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification.
  • An absolute wizard in excel, data turns you on and you talk in numbers.

  • Effectively manage client expectations.
  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
  • Positively represent Mediahub at all times.

  • Experience in Paid Search / Social;
  • Be an excellent communicator in all forms.
  • Be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage up where necessary.
  • Ensure that work is delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the goals of the client business.
