Position Summary

We're seeking a dynamic individual to fulfil a critical hybrid role that blends expertise in Taxonomy Governance and Meta Business Manager Governance. The ideal candidate will be a Paid Social expert with a robust background in project management and global/client communications. This role demands strategic leadership and a proactive approach to managing complex digital infrastructures and client relationships

Responsibilities

Taxonomy and Account Access (Old Data Hygiene Across All Platforms Globally):

• Manage the ongoing updates and maintenance of taxonomy structures. • Conduct weekly quality assurance checks on Brand, Sub Brand, and Variant classifications. • Lead the Annual Global Taxonomies Training Session to ensure alignment and competency across teams. • Ensure there is global adherence with taxonomy and client KPIs • Develop and maintain comprehensive tools, guides, and materials for taxonomy management. • Oversee the Global Mdashboards, effectively prioritizing and addressing client requests and needs. • Enhance the Taxonomy processes where possible. • Work with the PAMs and Data governance team in the GCCi Meta Business Manager Governance (50%): • Ongoing communication to global markets & clients, regarding Meta BM processes, troubleshooting, new account requests, etc. • Managing the set up and sunsetting of ad accounts for all brands local OV manages paid media for (in Kenvue Global Business Manager) via form • Setting up and managing billing & Credit Lines for all brands OV manages media for (in Kenvue Global Business Manager)  • Managing third party partner connections and removal (in Kenvue Global Business Manager)  • Managing the code creation of Pixel/Datasets/SDKs (in Kenvue Global Business Manager)  – Kenvue would be responsible for implementation of Pixels/CAPI on site and implementation of SDK in mobile apps.  • Manage Catalog sharing & Ad Account assignment across relevant global retailer partners.   • Ongoing collaboration for Playbook updates based on processes that impact OneVue activation

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in project management, particularly within paid social platforms and digital governance. • Strong capability in client and global communications, with a track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships. • Technical proficiency in managing business manager platforms and digital taxonomies. • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and engage teams across diverse geographical locations. • This role is designed for a leader who thrives in managing both technical details and broad strategy, ensuring seamless operations and alignment across global digital marketing initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of the global data and ad/mar-tech ecosystem to guide the enablement of the client’s data and tech stack • Proven experience leading complex projects across disciplines, business units, organizations, and reporting structures • Ability to drive clarity and collaboration in a multi-stakeholder environment • Demonstrated success in effectively managing client relationships • Demonstrated organizational skills; can prioritize, and to identify, and focus energies on removing barriers while dialing up drivers to client success • Is able to anticipate problems before they arise and solve them quickly when they do • Is able to develop the right level of processes and structures that enable long-term success without stifling creativity and individual decision making • Embraces a client-first, nimble mindse

Salary Range
$180,000$190,000 USD
