Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Vision & Roadmap Development: Define a clear and actionable product vision that aligns with business goals. Develop, communicate, and manage roadmaps for UI/UX based applications, ensuring alignment across the organization and guiding the product’s strategic direction.
  • End-to-End Platform Connectivity: Partner with other products on E2E platform connectivity, ensuring seamless and connected user experience.
  • Drive Martech/Adtech Innovation: Identify unmet needs and opportunities for disruption in the Martech/Adtech space. Collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions that address industry gaps and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Balance Strategic Ideas with Tactical Needs: Synthesize research from end users, internal teams, and external partners to balance large-scale innovation initiatives with the day-to-day feature requests and needs of the business.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Scrum Teams: Manage globally distributed and matrixed scrum teams, ensuring alignment on goals, clear communication, and effective collaboration to deliver on product milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. Solicit input, influence strategy, and secure buy-in for product initiatives while maintaining a data-driven, objective approach.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Partner with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Ensure that product features are positioned effectively, inspiring stakeholders and creating solutions that are indispensable to users.
  • Define & Track KPIs: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive product success. Quickly identify and address any deviations from the target metrics, ensuring continuous product improvement.
  • Foster a Data-Driven Agile Culture: Serve as a role model in encouraging a data-driven, agile work environment. Lead by example to promote the use of analytics and agile methodologies in all aspects of product development and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record of working with high-performing, cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale global products.
  • Expertise in Data-Centric User Interfaces: Demonstrated experience in building intuitive and effective user interfaces for data-driven products or applications, with a focus on usability and design aesthetics.
  • UI/UX Best Practices: Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Ability to work closely with design teams to ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience while meeting business goals. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • User-Centered Design (UCD) Methodologies: Experience applying UCD approaches to product development, including user research, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with User Journey Mapping: Experience with creating and analyzing user journey maps to understand and enhance the user experience across different touchpoints within the product.
  • Usability Testing & User Feedback: Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, analyzing user feedback, and iterating designs based on real-world user interactions. Ability to balance user feedback with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of how to use data and analytics to inform product and design decisions. Ability to interpret user behavior through quantitative metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and A/B testing, and apply those insights to optimize product features.
  • Data Visualization Expertise: Knowledge of data visualization principles and how to present complex data insights in an accessible, intuitive way for end users. Familiarity with visualization tools like D3.js, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight is highly desirable.
  • Information Architecture: Proficient in structuring and organizing content or data-heavy applications to create an efficient and user-friendly navigation experience. Ability to collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a cohesive and logical flow of information across the product.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Strong technical skills in data analytics tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or QuickSight. Experience in creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams and customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to translate user needs and data insights into actionable product features. Experience in creating seamless workflows between design, data, and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative development, with the ability to adapt processes to fit team and project needs.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
