Role Description 

The role sits within our Direct Client Planning Team – a brilliant team of 5 talented people responsible for working on our direct clients such as Sky, NOW and AELTC. Within this role you will specifically be focused on working with Sky across and exciting variety of marketing verticals including Entertainment, Sports, TV Products, Broadband and Mobile.

 

As part of the Direct Team your key relationships will be with our clients as well as working in partnership with their agencies, from both a media and creative perspective. Key Internal relationships are with the Business Director, 2 x Account Directors, Account Executive and the wider Rapport teams such as Insight and IMPACT.

 

Working in a team of 5, your role as Account Manager is to assist the planning and implementation of OOH (Out of Home) campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis. We require an individual who has excellent attention to detail, great knowledge of standard applications (such as Excel and Powerpoint) and is competent with industry tools (Route and Ebiquity/ Nielsen).

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis
  • Market analysis and reviews including competitive analysis
  • Pulling together information for presentations such as TGI runs & Audience Data
  • Working with the creatives agencies to ensure they have all artwork specifications and ensure everything is delivered on time
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments
  • Support senior members of the team to balance workload across the team, helping with general administration and organisation
  • Take responsibility for client work e.g. attending agency/client briefings, taking ownership of briefs, managing client demands & expectations etc.

  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have experience of planning OOH campaigns
  • You are competent with industry tools (Route and Ebiquity/ Nielsen).
  • You have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • You have a good level of numeracy
  • You have knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • You are pro-active and flexible attitude
  • You have excellent problem solving skills
  • You have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel etc.).
