About the role

This role is primarily focused on running the management and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns across multiple clients and brands. It requires a can-do approach and the ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently. Depending on the size this could be all the way from brief to implementation response, managing media plans and extending to booking and implementation of schedules.

About the role:

As an Activations Manager within the Mediabrands network, you will create and execute digital marketing strategies for key brands, advise on the best media strategy, and fulfill campaign implementation. This role is crucial in delivering best-in-class digital solutions to your clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the junior members in the team and sometimes may need to get hands-on with the tools also.

Key Responsibilities

People

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activity and workflow of juniors in your team
  • Train, support and guide your team and peers
  • Escalate challenges to Activations Director as they arise
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agency partners and tech partners

Client

  • Working on paid media campaigns across paid search, social & programmatic.
  • Oversee and lead the planning, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaigns
  • Continually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPI’s.
  • Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Leading digital innovation and driving a robust testing framework

Technical

  • Collaborate with AdOps and Agency teams on campaign set up
  • Track, measure and analyse early post-campaign activities and troubleshoot as required
  • Communicate campaign status to Client Service teams
  • Generate and deliver performance reports using a variety of advanced tools.

About you:

  • 2.5+ years experience in paid social media and search including working with Meta (broad social chanels experience ideal) and Google ads
  • Experience planning, implementing and optimizing campaigns
  • Confident in creating digital strategy and presenting insights to clients
  • Advanced excel skills, data visualization, charting and analysis
  • Ability to organize and manage detail work campaign performance
  • Solid understanding of ad networks, exchanges, or auction marketplaces
  • Understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies
  • The ability to have fun!
