Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Ad-Tech Consultant to join our esteemed team. As an Ad-Tech Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique advertising goals and challenges, conduct comprehensive data and tech audits of their existing advertising strategies, and provide customized solutions leveraging advanced ad-tech platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients in the digital advertising space. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive data and tech audits of clients' existing advertising strategies, including ad serving infrastructure, data management platforms, audience targeting strategies, campaign performance tracking mechanisms, and MarTech tools.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing clients' digital advertising efforts based on audit findings to leverage advanced ad-tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, and relevant MarTech tools.
  • Develop customized advertising strategies tailored to clients' specific business objectives, audience segments, and budgetary constraints to integrate audit recommendations for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to implement recommended strategies including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative development, budget allocation, and the integration of MarTech tools where applicable.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to provide ongoing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement, and iteratively adjusting strategies based on performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the ad-tech and MarTech industries, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients' internal teams, including training on ad-tech platforms, MarTech tools, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital advertising efforts.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on ad-tech platforms, MarTech tools, technologies, and conducting data and tech audits.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients in the digital advertising space.
  • Expertise in using advanced ad-tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, and others.
  • Knowledge of Martech tools is good to have.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive data and tech audits and analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
