Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Interactive Avenues as a Specialist. The Manager/Sr. Manager is responsible for managing the brand smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You should support and contribute to the strategic development of the account, and possess a strong understanding of the client’s business. You should bring innovation in creating the brands’ image and should be the key representative of Interactive Avenues. You should own the brand strategy and plan campaigns around it.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Be the brand/category subject matter expert
• Assist in developing annual brand/client strategies and ensure delivery of the same
• Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms
• Curate relevant and engaging content to reach the target audience
• Choose daily content and engagement for brand on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and any other identified social channels.

• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Participate in new business pitches

• Responsible for the financial oversight of the account

 Skills

• Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)
• Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
• Displays in- depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
