The Opportunity
As a Finance Executive in the Reporting stream, you will report to the Finance Manager. Your main role is to ensure all vendor invoices are accurately received and provide support to commercial finance team through efficient control of finance processes, timely payments to vendors. You will also need to establish a collaborative relationship with the vendors, business and finance teams to ensure that they are given all necessary financial support on a timely basis.
Key responsibilities
Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and expense claims.
Resolve invoice and supplier related issues, verification and filing of records.
Reconcile supplier statements and respond to all supplier inquiries
Liaising with shared service center for payment processing, ensuring suppliers are paid timely.
Preparation of journals and balance sheet schedules.
Preparation of financial reports and intercompany reconciliation.
Provide administrative support to Finance Team for other day-to-day operations.
Any other ad hoc jobs assigned.
Ideally
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience processing accounts payables.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
