ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for someone to join the Initiative Health team to run your own account(s) and support the Associate Directors on our largest accounts.
With a passion for problem solving and the personal drive to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations, you will join an exciting team committed to delivering excellence in strategy, service delivery and results in the health and pharmaceutical sector.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
You will be working alongside team members of varying seniority, from junior team members within the CAM and Partnerships teams, to members of the Initiative Health leadership team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of your client account(s)
- Developing and managing relationships that build trust with your client contacts
- Building relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Ensuring everyone working on your account(s) are producing high-quality work that is fully aligned with the client’s brief, priorities, business and marketing targets and other mandatories.
- Ensuring all client outputs are delivered to a high standard.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and implement solid operational excellence frameworks, including tools, process documentation, operating manuals and financial/invoicing tracking where appropriate.
- Oversee the creation of robust project timing plans and ensure their implementation for the timely delivery of projects.
- Be able to hold your own and push back to clients when appropriate to do so, to ensure their budget is used wisely and effectively.
- Organise and lead key client meetings including the managing of internal and external participants.
- Attend regular update/status meetings with clients and agency stakeholders.
- Drive your account team to deliver against client KPIs.
- Cross-agency working with various teams to turnaround digital marketing projects effectively
- When requested, running profitability reports of your account(s) by reviewing resource utilisation, flagging areas of concern and supporting the development and implementation of action plans where required.
- Working closely with more junior team members within CAM to ensure that appropriate tasks are delegated and completed to a high standard.
- Identify key areas of personal and professional development and develop personal development plans.
- Provide support and coaching for junior staff on a day-to-day basis to support their work and elevate the quality of their delivery.
- Have a deep understanding of all Initiative Health services, and the ability to sell-in and run projects across all services.
- Proactively identify potential areas of organic revenue growth and convert these opportunities.
- Showcase your presentation skills both client-facing and internally to colleagues.
- Contributor to an impactful communications plan, developed to meet client needs and deliver communication ideas
- Provide timely responses to adhoc client requests as required.
- Having an overview of performance across key metrics on your account(s)
- Managing regulatory approval of marketing assets via the client's approval software of choice, e.g. Veeva
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Passion, creativity and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- A confident and engaging communicator with the ability to present to clients at various levels.
- High standards for quality output and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt your communications skills to suit rapidly changing client circumstances and internal teams so that you can achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Proactivity and a willingness to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing opportunities and technology advancements.
- Ability to use the Microsoft tool suite effectively to create presentations, project timing plans, status documents and Statement of Works.
- Strong experience in agency account management.
- A desire to enhance or learn the intricacies of operating within the health sector, and the regulations that govern our outputs.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to track multiple timelines in sometimes high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable developing presentations using insights derived from multiple intelligence sources.
- The ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally.
