Mid-Level Product Designer

 

Join us as a Mid-Level Product Designer! You will work with talented, award-winning designers in Colombia, Poland, the Netherlands, and New York, NY. Play a key role in the entire design process, from user research to prototyping and iteration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into innovative and delightful products.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs.
  • Analyze user research data and translate findings into actionable insights and design solutions.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide design.
  • Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible, meet business goals, and align with user needs.
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the design system by creating and maintaining design components.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as a product designer or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and contributing to successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in UI design, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly products.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Experience with Figma.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in Agile and Design Thinking environments.
  • Experience with data visualization techniques.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

The pay range for this position is $xx.xx to $xx.xx.
