 Professionally advise clients on business and marketing developments

  • Ensure strong relationship with senior level clients
  • Ensure business achievements and satisfaction for clients and our own
  • Drive company revenue growth via acquiring new businesses, diversify existing businesses
  • Look out for new business opportunities
  • Drive margin growth by balancing resources and revenues
  • Ensure smooth working relationship and help drive other business units within the organization
  • Ensure financial terms are observed by clients
  • Ensure team's efficiency and effectiveness with clear career path for every individual
  • Ensure understanding of clients' terms of contract and KPI and deliveries of those KPI
  • Challenge and motivate team to stretch their capabilities and mindset
  • Truly understand IPG rules and regulations
  • Contribute to shaping company's culture and well-being by being part of Junior Board

 10-12 years work experience.
