  • Oversees team responsible for data deliverables and associated workstreams
  • Oversees team analysis and QA on new and ongoing deliverables 
  • Oversees team work to resolve tickets related to deliverables and submitted issues 
  • Ensures data in deliverables is accurate, complete and validated against other data sources
  • Ensures deliverables are aligned to client requirements
  • Oversees documentation and use of data by internal teams (e.g. CIA team) to ensure efficient and effective usage
  • Acts as point of escalation for any data quality issues
  • Owns communications around data quality and status with end users and clients
  • Communicates with end users and clients to ensure deliverable requirements are identified
  • Informs new automations for Product when QA is repeatable
  • Ensures timelines and expectations end users and clients have for deliverables and issue resolution are met


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years working in a Data Quality, Data Analysis or Data Delivery leadership role
  • 5+ years media agency experience and knowledge of media workflows, such as planning, buying, trafficking or billing and the data generated through these workflows and their systems; or alternatively experience in media agency data performing analytics, measurement, MMM, or business intelligence visualizations.
  • 3+ years hands-on analytics-based experience using SQL to investigate, troubleshoot, and uncover root causes of data gaps and issues.
  • Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders to define and document data deliverable requests for product teams
  • Experience working on multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Must be highly flexible and comfortable working on a nimble team in a dynamic environment.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, or a related field of study
  • Experience with any data visualization platform such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
