Position Summary

We are a looking for an Associate Director of Project Management, Transformation to join our group of transformation experts. A successful candidate should be a data translator and be able to synthesize data and technical requirements from business to technical and vice versa. A data minded, hands-on individual with a technical academic background, entrepreneurial spirit and interest in media and marketing.  You will be critical in hands-on data process management of our data ecosystem and to drive high client satisfaction. Curiosity and passion for data management and technologies is a must!

Primary day to day tasks will include facilitating the builds of data ETLs, working with teams to establish raw data templates, reinforcing templatized data collection, and managing communication with client data teams/3rd parties agencies leveraging the data. Regular data quality checks including comparison, reformatting and researching new potential sources will be an integral part of the job as well.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering solutions & uncovering opportunities for efficiencies within our client processes and systems.  Experience with complex and compliance embedded clients is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, both internal and external
  • Develop and maintain project charters, SOWs and requirements
  • End to end analysis and assessment of project scope to align resources
  • Develop and maintain project milestones, preceding tasks and dependencies
  • Mitigate risk associated with project delivery & escalate tasks or projects that are at risk
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to establish data reporting templates and routines. This will involve onboarding and assessment of requirements and reviewing steps on site.
  • Liaison with internal teams to execute automation efforts
  • Work with team leads to establish operational requirements and help ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks or processes
  • Lead inter-agency efforts as a primary point of contact for clients, internal teams and 3rd party agencies in regards to delivery, comparisons and QA checks.
  • Lead & conduct training and operational improvements with teams on outlined processes.
  • Collaborate and provide quality assurance, process optimizations and work with processes from multiple partners, clients and systems for analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management & Process Mapping lead 1x beer and 1x wine & spirits - integrating BAU and Testing
  • Develop and maintain project milestones, preceding tasks and dependencies
  • Mitigate risk associated with project delivery & escalate tasks or projects that are at risk
  • Work with team leads to establish operational requirements and maintain best practices
  • With a focus on process mapping, mining and optimizations
  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks or processes
  • Overall transformation tech and tools SME
  • Liaison with transformation
  • Liaison with internal teams to execute automation efforts

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8+ Years experience in business analysis, project delivery or consultancy
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall and JAD methodologies
  • Proven track record of setting targets and delivering results a must, including experience authoring requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and communicate with all levels of management
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Experience advocating and driving product adoption and usage.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Six Sigma Green through Black belt preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$110,000$140,000 USD
