Position Summary

Mediabrands Content Studio, a specialized creative and content studio for IPG Mediabrands Agencies, is looking for a talented mid to senior level Agency Producer to join our team. You will play an important role in overseeing the production of various creative projects for our clients. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be instrumental in managing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality creative work within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and vision. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, seeking feedback, and managing client expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and strategies that align with client objectives. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and select external vendors, such as freelance cinematographers,  photographers, and post-production talent. Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate project kickoff meetings, production schedules, and deliverable milestones.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters. Efficiently allocate internal and external resources, including talent, equipment, and production facilities, to maximize project outcomes while maintaining profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and agency standards, as well as brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Anticipate and resolve production challenges, making timely decisions and providing effective solutions to ensure project success.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Agency Producer or in a similar production-focused role within an advertising agency or creative environment
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising production processes across various media platforms (social, digital, TV,  print, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting
  • Proficiency in project management tools, software, and applications
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements
  • A portfolio or examples of successful projects managed as an Agency Producer
  • Results-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for social media and emerging production methods
  • Content Creation Experience is a plus
