The Administrative works closely with BU to support the agency in its next phase of evolution. The candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties that support the day-to-day activities for all clients. The Administrative will work in conjunction with other departments including Finance, as well as other business units as required. This role requires you to work as part of a coordinator and admin.

  • Assist in preparing, validating and delivering client spend and savings reports to teams, both internal as well as external
  • Deliver on financial reporting tasks, forecasting and actualizing client activity
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day deliverables and prioritization of projects across departments while ensuring accuracy, operational excellence and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain key relationships internally to drive greater collaboration
  • Support key projects with internal and external media partners, including partnership pacing and tracking
  • Prepare and update regular status reports and communicate with internal team to track deliverables
  • 0 ‐ 1 year work experience in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications needed, experience in Excel is a must
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • A team player that takes a proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to approach obstacles with creativity and resolve
  • Organizational skills and strong sense of attention to detail a must
